Installation in the front gallery:
The words, “There is no swimming pool,” are printed on the gallery wall. The gallery is humidified with swimming pool water from local motels. The windows are painted with sunscreen in a grid, and feature the transparent image of a walled-off swimming pool and tanning bed light bulbs. A heater is plugged in and placed in the center of the room, and a video is projected at the intersection of the wall and ceiling.
Installation in a hallway behind the gallery:
A wall framed with wood and made of drywall was added to create a second, smaller space. This space is separated from the main gallery with a clear PVC curtain cut into strips like the divider in a grocery or butcher doorway
